**Professional Mining Machine**

BTC, BCH, BSV, FCH, LTC, and DASH are mined using professional mining machines.

**1\. Mining address**

Start mining with "account name.miner name" and any password to automatically create a miner. The miner's name must consist of numbers or lowercase letters, with a maximum length of 64 characters.

Professional mining machine configuration takes Antminer as an example: After logging in to the mining machine, click [Status] to enter [Miner
Configuration] to enter the mining pool configuration page; after the configuration is completed, click [Save & Apply] in the lower right corner to start mining.
In order to ensure stable mining, it is recommended to set up three sets of mining pool ports, so that when the default port fails to connect, the machine will automatically switch to the next set of ports to continue running.

Note: If you are using ETH/ETC mining software (such as ETH-miner/Claymore) or other mining software (such as "Changsha Miner"), you can use it directly
The ViaBTC account name or the ETH/ETC wallet recharge address of the ViaBTC mining pool is used as the mining username. ETH and ETC support the use of eth-
miner software or Claymore software for mining.

ZEC supports the use of Nheqminer software, Claymore software and Genoil software.

Note: Currently, the ViaBTC mining pool only supports using ViaBTC accounts as ZEC mining usernames.

XMR supports the use of Xmrig software.

Note: Currently, ViaBTC mining pool only supports using ViaBTC accounts as XMR mining usernames.

CKB supports the use of NBminer and Bminer software.

Why does the mining pool display invalid miners even though the mining machine has started running?

Please keep the mining machine running stably for 10-20 minutes. The miner status will change from an invalid miner to an effective miner.

If your miner has been in the "invalid" state, please check the running status and background configuration of the miner.

If the mining machine is running normally and the configuration is correct, but the problem still exists, please submit a work order to contact customer service.

**Why configure 3 sets of mining addresses?**

In order to ensure stable and continuous mining of the mining machine, it is recommended to set up 3 sets of mining addresses.

When the connection to the first mining address fails, the miner will automatically switch to the second mining address; when the connection to the second mining address fails, the miner will automatically switch to the third mining address.

**The recommended configuration is as follows:**

Mining address 1: Port 443 of ViaBTC mining pool

Mining address 2: Port 25 of ViaBTC mining pool

Mining address 3: Mining addresses of other mining pools
