A. Buy USDT

2\. After clicking "Buy Now", the system will generate a remittance receipt for you. Please complete the transaction within 30 minutes (please enter the 6-digit number of the remark number as your transaction reference) and upload your bank receipt, then click "submit".

3\. Once your transaction is successful, the trader will verify your transaction request and the corresponding USDT amount will be credited to your account. You can also check your transaction records through the "Recent Exchange Records" at the bottom of the page.

Reminder: If your transaction is ignored for more than 24 hours, please contact our customer service staff for further action.

4\. After clicking on the exchange record, you can check the transaction details and communicate with the merchant.

B. Sell USDT

1. Enter the required information - "Country", "Bank", "Selling Price" and "Selling Volume", and click "Sell Now".

2. You can access your order inquiry through "Recent Redemption Records" at the bottom of the page. Click a tab to view more information about the record. After the dealer confirms, they will remit the account transfer. After the transaction is successful, the corresponding USDT will be distributed to the trader.

C. Chat history

1\. You can check your past chat history by filling in the required information and clicking "Search", or you can check your "Recent Chat History" at the bottom of the page.
