How to recharge special currencies such as XRP and XLM on the BCEX trading platform? The special currencies here refer to XRP, XLM, etc. When recharging, in addition to filling in the recharge address, you also need to fill in the MEMO other than the address (other platforms may display it as Tag, remarks or tags). If you do not fill in the MEMO when recharging, the funds may be lost forever. Lost!

When depositing XLM to BCEX, in addition to filling in the transfer address, you also need to fill in the MEMO. BCEX users’ MEMOs are all ID numbers (each user’s MEMO is different), so don’t fill it in wrong!

Blockchain asset transfer instructions

Generally, there are three parts to blockchain asset transfer: Proposal->Block Confirmation->Accounting.

The transfer is successful, which means that the currency withdrawal platform or wallet has performed the transfer operation.

Complete the corresponding network block confirmation. If blockchain congestion, delays, etc. cause your coins to be delayed in completing all confirmations, the arrival of your coins will be delayed. Please wait patiently. Generally, it takes about 10-30 minutes for digital currency block confirmation to be completed.

The block will be automatically credited into the account after completing the corresponding confirmation. PS: txid, also called hash value, transaction ID, etc., is a long string of characters, generally longer than the wallet address. All currency withdrawal records can be viewed on BCEX, similar to the transfer serial number.

1. When I deposit coins to BCEX and transfer out of the platform, it prompts that the transfer is successful, but BCEX has not received the coins after a long time. What should I do?

Please first go to the block explorer to check the transfer speed according to the third item above.

If the blockchain query results show:

1) Confirmation completed - but BCEX has not arrived, please submit a work order to us with [BCEX account, currency, TXID, problem description/blockchain browser query screenshot].

2) Confirming - Please wait patiently. BCEX will be automatically credited after the blockchain is confirmed.

3) No information found or no txid - because this is a problem with the currency withdrawal party, please contact the other party.

2. The BCEX withdrawal shows success, but the other party’s account has not received it. What should I do?

Go to the BCEX withdrawal record and click [View txid] on the right side of the corresponding transfer record. Copy the txid to the currency block browser to self-check the transfer progress:

Confirming - Please wait patiently. After the blockchain is confirmed, it will usually be automatically transferred to the other party's platform account.
