The high mining rejection rate of mining machines usually occurs in the following situations:

1\. Network communication problems lead to packet loss and delay problems. Please check the network cable and network conditions.

The mining machine performs mining by connecting to the mining pool. The mining pool regularly distributes jobs to the mining machine, and the mining machine then submits the share to the mining pool. This process involves a large amount of data transmission. Network conditions have a direct impact on the mining machine's computing power and rejection rate.

You can confirm the network status through the following methods:

1) Connect the computer to the LAN where the mining machine is located

2) Open the cmd command prompt on your computer

3) Enter ping + space + the mining address of a certain currency of Biyin Mining Pool. For example, if I want to confirm the network status of the mining machine connected to Zcash Beijing node of Biyin Mining Pool, I can enter ping zec-
bj.ss.poolin.com and press enter to get the results.

Usually the ping value is within a relatively normal range within 50ms.

2\. Mining machine temperature is too high

Excessive temperature of the mining machine will also affect the mining machine's computing power and rejection rate, especially in hot summer. The temperature in the screenshot below is basically normal. Different mining machines have different adaptations to the maximum temperature. Generally, temperatures below 90-100 are relatively normal. Specific needs to be confirmed according to different models.

3. Firmware issues. Some mining machines may have a generally high rejection rate due to firmware issues. If a similar situation occurs, please consult the mining machine manufacturer.

4. If there is a problem with the mining system or software, run it with the original Claymore software and check the running interface to see if there are any red words indicating overclocking or other errors;

5. If the rejection rate is more than 10% or 20%, and the original software prompts an error, it is more likely to be a hardware error in the graphics card, usually a video memory problem.
